What you'll do

  • Lead supplier and manufacturing quality improvements throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Maintain AS9100 certification by leading the Quality Management System.
  • Implement a Root Cause Corrective Action program to address quality issues.
  • Improve key performance indicators related to cost, escapes, and supplier defects.

What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of experience in manufacturing and working with OEM suppliers.
  • Proven record in strategy and execution of Quality Management Systems under AS9100 certification.
  • Experience in engineering, manufacturing, or quality within aerospace/defense, automotive, or medical device fields.
  • Working knowledge of product development methodologies like FMEA, Change Management, and APQP.
  • Strong ownership mindset with demonstrated capability to drive projects from start to finish.
  • Hands-on leadership and ability to influence diverse stakeholders across technical and operational teams.
