Quality Control Supervisor (Second Shift)

What you'll do

• Lead and mentor a team of quality inspectors to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality performance.
• Train team members on inspection techniques, maintain accurate training records, and develop quality control standards.
• Author and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inspection processes and provide tactical guidance through ambiguities.
• Collect and analyze data to inform decision-making and identify areas for improvement in inspection methods.
• Manage resources to support various inspection operations, including incoming material and end-of-line inspections.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of progressive Quality and/or Regulatory experience in Aerospace, Defense, or Automotive industries.
• 3+ years of experience in a Management or supervisory role within quality control.
• Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems & AS9100 requirements.
• In-depth knowledge of Quality Improvement and Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills for production environments.
