What you'll do

Lead and develop a multi-site inspection team for incoming, in-process, end-of-line, and MRB operations.
Own KPIs for inspection throughput, including dock-to-stock cycle time and inspector utilization.
Maintain quality control standards and train inspectors on proper procedures and documentation.
Partner with Quality Engineering to create inspection plans and sampling strategies.
Support new product introduction by inspecting prototypes and early-phase parts.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience)
7+ years of Quality experience in defense, aerospace, or regulated manufacturing
3+ years of people management experience
Strong knowledge of AS9100 and Quality Management Systems
Hands-on experience with calibrated inspection equipment and GD&T
Experience managing inspectors across multiple sites or shifts
Proficiency in Lean methods to improve inspection throughput and reduce cycle time
