Quality Assurance Program Manager

What you'll do

• Lead and coordinate project teams to ensure successful delivery of projects.
• Drive project direction and define key performance metrics to meet client expectations.
• Manage project risks by identifying, assessing, and implementing mitigation techniques.
• Oversee contract management including terms, conditions, and contractual deliverables.
• Track and report on project progress using specialized project management tools.
• Develop training media and content related to AI and hybrid cloud solutions.
• Execute programs and initiatives to drive developer and employee engagement.

What we're looking for

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
• Experience in program management, preferably within a Quality organization.
• Excellent written, oral, and presentation communication skills.
• Ability to work as a self-starter.
• Experience with Artificial Intelligence, Excel, Powerpoint, and creating training media (preferred).
• High-level computer/server hardware and software knowledge (preferred).
• Experience with project management tools, contract management, and risk management techniques (preferred).
