Senior Quality Assurance Analyst

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end QA activities including test strategy, planning, risk analysis, and release validation.
• Develop and maintain automated test suites using Playwright with JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Integrate scalable automation scripts into CI/CD pipelines for continuous deployment.
• Validate complex payment processing workflows such as authorization, settlement, refunds, and declines.
• Test REST APIs, backend services, databases, and integrated system data flows.
• Identify quality risks early by ensuring requirements are testable and coverage is sufficient.
• Analyze defects to identify coverage gaps and improve regression effectiveness.

What we're looking for

• Must be a US Citizen or valid Green Card Holder.
• 5+ years of software quality assurance/testing experience in an Agile environment.
• Hands-on experience with Playwright using JavaScript/TypeScript for UI and API automation.
• Experience testing REST APIs, backend services, databases, and system integrations.
• Experience within the payments/fintech industry including credit/debit card processing and the payment lifecycle.
• Familiarity with payment-industry concepts such as PCI DSS, EMV, 3-D Secure, and ISO 8583 (preferred).
• Experience with payment gateways, merchant processing, tokenization, or recurring payments (preferred).
• Experience with tools like Jira, Xray/Zephyr, Git, and Jenkins (preferred).
