IT Quality Intermediate Analyst Officer

What you'll do

• Build and execute automation scripts using Selenium and Cypress to increase test coverage across financial applications.
• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing and faster feedback loops.
• Develop API test suites using Postman or SoapUI to validate microservices and payload accuracy.
• Design and run performance and load test scenarios in JMeter to identify system bottlenecks.
• Write complex SQL queries to verify data extraction accuracy and metadata storage in relational databases.
• Review team members' automation scripts to ensure code quality, readability, and adherence to standards.
• Compile quality metrics, document findings, and perform root cause analysis to drive improvements.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 to 5 years of quality assurance experience in the financial services industry.
• Hands-on expertise in test automation using Selenium or Cypress.
• Experience with API testing using Postman or SoapUI, performance testing using JMeter, SQL, and JIRA.
• In-depth understanding of integration testing and QA methodologies within the software development lifecycle.
• Demonstrated ability to review requirements, identify discrepancies, and communicate findings clearly in written and verbal form.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with close attention to detail.
• Experience testing AI or machine learning model outputs and validating confidence score thresholds (preferred).
