QA/Test Developer

What you'll do

• Recommend and develop testing standards and quality technologies to ensure product robustness.
• Conduct exploratory testing using industry-leading practices to discover and document defects.
• Drive the adoption of unit, integration, and functional test automation.
• Collaborate on story development to ensure testability is built into applications from the ground up.
• Identify root causes of bugs and work with coders to prevent recurring issues.
• Refactor applications to address failure scenarios and improve overall system reliability.

What we're looking for

• Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Experience developing testing standards and applying quality technologies to ensure product robustness.
• Exposure to industry-leading exploratory testing practices to identify defects and determine root causes.
• Familiarity with test automation frameworks, including unit, integration, and functional tests.
• Experience collaborating on story development from definition to deployment to ensure built-in testability.
• Familiarity with multiple test automation frameworks is beneficial (preferred).
• Exposure to advanced exploratory testing techniques is advantageous (preferred).
• Bachelor's Degree.
