What you'll do

Design and execute functional, integration, system, regression, performance, and end-to-end test plans.
Develop and maintain automated test frameworks, scripts, and suites to improve coverage and efficiency.
Identify, document, prioritize, and track software defects through resolution.
Validate new features, enhancements, and bug fixes against functional and non-functional requirements.
Perform root cause analysis of product defects and drive corrective actions with engineering teams.
Integrate automated testing and quality gates into continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
Monitor product quality metrics to recommend improvements to testing processes, tools, and methodologies.
Create and maintain test documentation, validation reports, and quality assurance standards.

What we're looking for

High School Diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
Must have the ability to work without current or future visa sponsorship.
Proficiency in programming or scripting languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, Go, or Shell scripting.
Experience developing and executing manual and automated test cases using various frameworks and tools.
Knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems and command-line environments.
Understanding of REST APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and source control systems like Git.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and defect tracking tools.
Experience with cloud-native technologies including Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker, and containerized applications.
