QA Automation Engineer IV

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and maintain automation capabilities within the internal Assisted Manual Test Tool (AMTT) platform for mobile and payment systems.
• Build automated test solutions for functional, integration, regression, stress, and scalability testing.
• Enhance in-house testing platforms to improve automation coverage, execution efficiency, and reporting.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and release processes in partnership with engineering teams.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects, performance bottlenecks, and reliability issues.
• Analyze application stability by monitoring crashes, memory leaks, CPU utilization, and resource consumption.
• Generate quality metrics and root cause analyses to provide actionable recommendations for system performance and product quality.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Seven to nine years of relevant work experience with programming concepts, development logic, or automating complex processes.
• Experience in QA Automation, Software Engineering, SDET, or Quality Engineering roles.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages including Swift, Objective-C, Java, Kotlin, Python, C#, or C/C++.
• Hands-on experience developing automation frameworks, test tooling, or mobile application test solutions.
• Experience testing mobile applications, APIs, distributed systems, and backend services.
• Strong knowledge of Git, source control practices, and modern software development methodologies.
• Experience implementing and supporting automated testing within CI/CD environments.
