What you'll do

Design and develop secure, high-quality production code and maintain synchronous algorithms.
Execute technical troubleshooting and build non-conventional solutions for complex technical problems.
Produce architecture and design artifacts while ensuring software code meets all design constraints.
Use enterprise-authorized AI tools for code generation, refactoring, unit test creation, and documentation.
Analyze large, diverse datasets to develop visualizations and reports for continuous system improvement.
Identify hidden patterns in data to improve coding hygiene and overall system architecture.
Apply SDLC toolchain knowledge to implement automation capabilities and improve development value.

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years of applied experience.
Hands-on experience across the SDLC, including system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
Advanced Python experience using Pandas and NumPy to develop, debug, and maintain enterprise-scale codebases.
Proficiency in SQL and database querying.
Hands-on experience with enterprise-authorized AI dev tools to validate and refine outputs for correctness, performance, and security.
Understanding of responsible AI in engineering, including data sensitivity, secure input/output handling, and resiliency.
Solid understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security.
Experience with React, Javascript, Typescript, data mesh technology, Databricks, cloud technologies, or Banking/Finance domains (preferred).
