What you'll do

Design, develop, and troubleshoot complex software solutions beyond routine technical approaches.
Create secure, high-quality production code and maintain synchronized algorithms for stable systems.
Utilize enterprise-authorized AI coding tools to generate, refactor, and document code while ensuring security standards.
Produce architecture and design artifacts for complex applications while ensuring code meets specific constraints.
Analyze large, diverse datasets to create visualizations and reports for continuous system improvement.
Identify hidden patterns in data to improve coding hygiene and overall system architecture.
Implement automation capabilities within the Software Development Life Cycle toolchain to increase delivery value.

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years of applied experience.
Hands-on experience across the SDLC, including system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
Advanced Python experience using Pandas and NumPy for enterprise-scale codebases with proficiency in SQL and database querying.
Hands-on experience with enterprise-authorized AI dev tools to validate and refine outputs for correctness, performance, and security.
Understanding of responsible AI in engineering including data sensitivity, secure input/output handling, and resiliency.
Solid understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security.
Experience with front end technologies including React, Javascript, and Typescript (preferred).
Experience with data mesh technology, Databricks, cloud technologies, or Banking/Finance domains (preferred).
