Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) Analyst

What you'll do

• Create, issue, and manage PKI tokens for Trusted Agents and end users in a classified environment.
• Process certificate enrollments and handle the revocation or re-formatting of active tokens.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for LRA token issues to over 4,000 end users.
• Train Trusted Agents and maintain accurate records of their training certifications and status.
• Create and maintain compliance artifacts, metrics, and detailed logs for audits and inspections.
• Manage trouble tickets by documenting customer communication and resolutions within established SLAs.
• Develop and maintain documentation regarding LRA processes, guidelines, and application reference guides.

What we're looking for

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Must possess an active Secret security clearance at the time of interview.
• Must have 3+ years of experience in help desk operations or customer service.
• Must hold an active CompTIA Security+ certification.
• Must obtain a DISA PKI certificate and a Windows Operating System Security certification within three months of hire.
• Must possess skills in Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) operations, IT documentation, and customer service management.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
• High school diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
