Project Senior Analyst

What you'll do

• Support day-to-day delivery of network infrastructure projects including Dark Fiber and Leased Wave.
• Track project progress to ensure all activities are completed according to defined schedules and milestones.
• Facilitate communication between internal teams, carriers, and external vendors regarding timelines and risks.
• Collect project-specific data from Salesforce and BTP to support upstream planning and requirements definition.
• Create, submit, and track orders for adds, changes, and disconnects in Pega or Workfront.
• Schedule installations, equipment deployments, testing activities, and cross-connect work orders with remote hands.
• Update project trackers, dashboards, and milestone logs while maintaining accurate documentation in databases.
• Identify risks such as carrier delays or testing issues and escalate concerns to the Project Manager.

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience ordering or implementing services such as voice, data, cross-connects, leased waves, or dark/bulk fiber.
• Experience working within telecom provisioning, service delivery, or network operations environments (preferred).
• Working knowledge of basic cabling and fiber infrastructure, including patch panels, cross-connects, and fiber types (preferred).
• Proficiency with productivity tools including email, spreadsheets, and documents (preferred).
• Experience using Salesforce, Pega, Workfront, or equivalent project tracking systems (preferred).
• Strong communication skills, high attention to detail, and strong organizational and time management abilities (preferred).
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively while managing multiple requests under pressure (preferred).
• Familiarity with telecom order management workflows (preferred).
