What you'll do

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of infrastructure projects including planning, financials, scheduling, and risk management.
  • Oversee the onboarding of exchanges, venues, vendors, and clients into the trading environment.
  • Manage hardware provisioning including requirements gathering, procurement, logistics, and data center deployment.
  • Perform basic configuration tasks and troubleshoot connectivity issues on servers and network switches.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation such as network diagrams, server configurations, and standard operating procedures.
  • Coordinate with developers and engineers to ensure infrastructure is optimally configured for performance.
  • Manage vendor relationships to resolve technical, commercial, and support issues effectively.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, preferably in a financial services or trading environment.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
  • Understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, routing, and switching.
  • Experience with Linux/Unix operating systems and familiarity with server, network hardware, and data center environments.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
  • PMP or other project management certifications (preferred).
  • Understanding of trading infrastructure such as colocation, low-latency networks, and high-performance servers (preferred).
