What you'll do

  • Lead the end-to-end technical onboarding process for diverse clients across various trading platforms.
  • Conduct FIX certification testing to ensure client systems meet firm and exchange requirements.
  • Coordinate and troubleshoot network infrastructure including firewalls, VPNs, and dedicated lines.
  • Provide Level 2 support by analyzing FIX engine logs and network captures to resolve production issues.
  • Develop scripts and automated tools to improve the internal onboarding experience.
  • Manage the deployment of client-specific configurations within a high-availability environment.
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for sales, trading desks, and external vendors.

What we're looking for

  • Deep understanding of the FIX Protocol and electronic trading workflows including DMA and Algorithmic Trading.
  • Strong experience in UNIX/Linux environments with proficiency in SQL and APIs for data analysis.
  • Solid understanding of network infrastructure, including TCP/IP, firewalls, and connectivity troubleshooting tools.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in Python, Perl, or Shell scripting to automate manual tasks (preferred).
  • Familiarity with global equities markets, market structure, and regulatory requirements (preferred).
  • Experience with version control systems like Git and CI/CD pipelines (preferred); Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering (preferred).
