The advisor manages end-to-end project lifecycles, mitigates risks across complex transformation programs, and translates technical roadmaps into clear communication strategies and training content. Key responsibilities include overseeing video production for instructional modules, managing SharePoint architecture, and ensuring information lifecycle compliance. The role requires proficiency in Microsoft 365 Copilot, GitHub Copilot, and other generative AI tools to streamline workflows. Essential skills include technical translation of cloud infrastructure and database migrations, multimedia production, and navigating transportation systems. This position solves the challenge of aligning diverse stakeholders while modernizing core logistics and supply chain infrastructure through agile methodologies and digital asset management.
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact engineering and operational initiatives using agile methodologies.
Identify and mitigate cross-team technical dependencies, system integration bottlenecks, and operational constraints across transformation programs.
Translate complex technical roadmaps and infrastructure developments into clear communication strategies and executive-level updates.
Manage SharePoint architecture and video hosting platforms to ensure organized knowledge retention and secure digital asset management.
Oversee the end-to-end production of instructional videos and multimedia content for training and change management.
Convert complex technical architectures and legacy modernization steps into digestible, engaging digital learning modules.
Integrate AI-assisted tools like Microsoft 365 Copilot to automate reporting, streamline documentation, and accelerate project delivery.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in business, science, technology, engineering, mathematics, communications, or a related field.
Professional work experience.
Experience facilitating large programs or multi-function projects in a practical business setting.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Experience in technical program management, instructional design, corporate communications, or digital media production (preferred).
Knowledge of transportation network operations, freight systems, supply chain logistics, or airline infrastructure (preferred).
Proven track record in professional video editing, script writing, motion graphics, or digital media production for training and communication (preferred).
Experience with SharePoint site design, video-hosting architectures, and generative AI tools like Microsoft 365 Copilot (preferred).
