The advisor manages end-to-end project lifecycles, mitigates risks across complex transformation programs, and translates technical roadmaps into clear communication strategies for senior leadership. Key responsibilities include overseeing video production for training modules, managing SharePoint architecture, and ensuring information lifecycle integrity. The role requires proficiency in agile methodologies, multimedia production, and the use of AI-assisted tools like Microsoft 365 Copilot and GitHub Copilot to streamline workflows. Candidates must possess expertise in transportation systems, cloud infrastructure, and database migrations while navigating complex logistics and supply chain infrastructure to solve operational modernization challenges.
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact engineering and operational initiatives using agile methodologies.
Identify and mitigate cross-team technical dependencies, system integration bottlenecks, and operational constraints.
Translate complex technical roadmaps and infrastructure developments into clear communication strategies for executive leadership.
Manage SharePoint architecture and video hosting platforms to organize training libraries and digital assets.
Oversee the end-to-end production of instructional videos and multimedia content for change management.
Convert complex technical architectures and legacy modernization steps into digestible digital learning modules.
Integrate AI-assisted tools like Microsoft 365 Copilot to automate reporting and streamline project workflows.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in business, science, technology, engineering, mathematics, communications, or a related field.
Minimum of five years of professional work experience.
At least two years of experience facilitating large programs or multi-function projects in a practical business setting.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Experience in technical program management, instructional design, corporate communications, or digital media production (preferred).
Knowledge of transportation network operations, freight systems, supply chain logistics, or airline infrastructure (preferred).
Proven track record in professional video editing, script writing, motion graphics, or digital media production for training and communication (preferred).
Experience with SharePoint site design, video-hosting architectures, and generative AI tools to accelerate content creation (preferred).
