What you'll do

Manage the full lifecycle of team hardware including procurement, inventory, configuration, and deployment.
Stage, ship, and track hardware for test events and field deployments.
Resolve issues and action items across engineering, program, and supplier stakeholders.
Manage supplier relationships and transactions including quotes, purchase orders, returns, and RMAs.
Identify system behaviors to drive product and process improvements.
Maintain accurate records using ERP, PLM, or asset-management systems like Jira.
Interpret technical documents such as schematics, cable drawings, and bills of materials.

What we're looking for

2+ years of experience in test engineering, hardware integration, manufacturing/production engineering, or hardware operations.
Hands-on experience managing physical hardware inventory, including asset tracking and configuration control.
Working fluency with an ERP, PLM, or asset-management system and a tracker like Jira.
Ability to read and work from schematics, cable drawings, and bills of materials.
Must be able to obtain and hold a U.S. Secret security clearance.
Active U.S. Secret security clearance (preferred).
Experience with domestic/international shipping, export compliance, and ITAR/EAR controls (preferred).
Familiarity with network, compute, communications hardware, robotic systems, or scripting/SQL (preferred).
