What you'll do

Define requirements and system architecture for end-to-end solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Design, develop, and maintain system components that meet specific functional and performance requirements.
Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the reliability and scalability of distributed software applications.
Integrate hardware and software components by working closely with engineers and product managers.
Develop automated test scripts and frameworks using languages such as Python or MATLAB.
Manage the full product lifecycle including development, production, and sustainment for flight vehicles.
Perform hands-on prototyping and troubleshooting to drive electro-mechanical and aero-performance design trades.

What we're looking for

2-6 years of post-grad industry experience in electrical, aerospace, or systems engineering.
Experience developing automated test scripts and frameworks using languages like Python or MATLAB.
Hands-on experience with prototyping, troubleshooting, and building hardware/software components.
Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance.
Preferred: Existing U.S. Secret security clearance or higher.
Preferred: Hands-on experience with complex robotic systems and IP-based networks.
Preferred: Experience with mission communications systems and aviation airworthiness considerations.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a detail-oriented approach.
