What you'll do

Define requirements and system architecture for end-to-end solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Perform hands-on prototyping and troubleshooting for complex electro-mechanical and aero-performance design trades.
Document software engineering processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.

What we're looking for

2-7 years of post-grad industry experience in electrical engineering, aerospace engineering, or systems engineering.
Experience developing automated test scripts and frameworks using a common language like Python or MATLAB.
Hands-on prototyping, troubleshooting, and build experience.
Ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance.
Experience with complex robotic systems (preferred).
Familiarity with IP-based networks (preferred).
Experience with mission systems, including communications systems and components (preferred).
Familiarity with aviation airworthiness considerations (preferred).
