What you'll do

Manage multiple concurrent projects from initial concept through final closure while ensuring compliance with all codes and regulations.
Conduct early risk assessments and implement fallback strategies to mitigate potential design failures or process defects.
Develop project charters, define technical criteria, and establish requirements that satisfy stakeholder needs.
Utilize project management tools to monitor budgets, timelines, and resource utilization for all assigned projects.
Resolve complex problems and crisis situations by performing cost-benefit analyses and making rapid, informed decisions.
Oversee the design of products, processes, equipment, and systems using established engineering methods and techniques.
Mentor team members by sharing technical expertise and providing guidance on project execution.

What we're looking for

A Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or a related field is desired, or equivalent technical experience with demonstrated competence.
8+ years of significant project management and/or engineering experience are desired.
A post-graduate education or degree is desired to contribute toward the required years of experience.
Experience in laboratory life science, healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or biologics is preferred.
Formal Project Management training is preferred.
Demonstrated competency with financial systems and fiscal control is required.
Strong technical knowledge of engineering concepts, practices, and procedures to solve complex problems is required.
Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment is required.
