What you'll do

Lead end-to-end implementation of large-scale global eCommerce initiatives and AI-driven capabilities.
Create business and technical requirements, process maps, and project timelines for complex system enhancements.
Manage all project phases including scope definition, resource forecasting, risk mitigation, and user acceptance testing.
Influence system architecture and integration strategies to ensure scalable and secure technical solutions.
Communicate project status, risks, and architectural trade-offs transparently to all levels of leadership.
Identify opportunities to simplify workflows through automation, platform integration, and LLM-supported decisioning.
Drive structured deep-dives with stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility and measurable business outcomes.
Execute change management and lead teams through the adoption of new features and capabilities.

What we're looking for

7+ years of professional experience in a product, project, or program management role.
Broad experience with Contact Center and/or e-Commerce systems and technologies.
BA/BS degree in a technical field or 11+ years of professional experience in a directly relatable role.
Demonstrated ability to influence all levels of an organization, including peer and senior leadership.
Experience supporting or leading programs that implement generative AI and/or agentic capabilities (preferred).
Familiarity with delivering AI-enabled solutions at scale with awareness of data privacy, security, and governance (preferred).
Experience in a hands-on role with total ownership of initiatives as an interface between business and technical teams (preferred).
Demonstrated ability to understand and explain complex business processes, systems, and tools with a focus on upstream/downstream impact (preferred).
