What you'll do

  • Lead the Supplier Management Team to coordinate efforts across various engineering and administrative roles.
  • Manage earned value (EV) for material control accounts and ensure conformance with technical performance baselines.
  • Oversee all phases of supplier performance, from planning through sustainment, including proposal reviews and testing.
  • Conduct or coordinate reviews of supplier documentation such as technical evaluations and cost reports.
  • Report supplier status to Program Managers, GSC managers, and IPT Management on a regular basis.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of related experience in project or program management, engineering, capture efforts, or business management
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate engineering teams, providing guidance and support to achieve project goals
  • Demonstrated experience with Systems Development Lifecycle and defining systems behavior
  • Experience in development and maintenance of an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
  • Familiarity with EVMS and managing budget and schedule as a Cost Account Manager (CAM)
  • Risk and Opportunity Management experience
