Broadridge seeks a Professional Engineer with advanced technical leadership skills to architect and oversee highly scalable distributed systems and enterprise platforms. The Professional Engineer will lead technical design reviews, ensure software quality through CI/CD automation and DevSecOps practices, mentor engineers, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver strategic initiatives. Key requirements include daily use of AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot or Claude Code to enhance engineering productivity and operational efficiency in a large-scale enterprise environment.
Design and implement scalable enterprise applications using Java and cloud-native technologies.
Lead the architecture and development of event-driven systems with Kafka and microservices.
Build and support AWS-based platforms utilizing EKS, ECS, MSK, Aurora Postgres, S3, Lambda.
Optimize relational data models and SQL queries for large-scale transactional processing in PostgreSQL.
Develop REST APIs and real-time data processing solutions supporting enterprise workloads.
Create and enforce automated testing strategies including unit tests, integration tests, API tests.
