Professional Services Associate

What you'll do

• Build custom Risk Cloud configurations and application workflows based on documented customer requirements.
• Track and log project time accurately while communicating progress and blockers to internal stakeholders.
• Lead and participate in customer-facing working sessions to capture precise technical requirements.
• Produce clean configuration documentation and other actionable technical deliverables for clients.
• Utilize AI tools and automated utilities to streamline documentation drafting and summarize meeting notes.
• Complete platform certifications and training modules to build expertise in GRC concepts and risk management.

What we're looking for

• Candidates must have 2 years of experience in professional services, technical implementation, SaaS support, or consulting.
• A relevant degree with a demonstrated interest in enterprise SaaS and risk management is an acceptable substitute for experience.
• Candidates must possess high attention to detail and the ability to document requirements accurately.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required to summarize technical discussions and author deliverables.
• Candidates must demonstrate technical aptitude and a willingness to learn Risk Cloud configuration and GRC domain standards.
• Ability to utilize AI-assisted tools for research, organization, and operational efficiency is required.
• Willingness and ability to travel as needed for customer on-sites and team workshops is required.
• Experience with enterprise cloud applications like ServiceNow, Salesforce, or Jira is preferred.
