What you'll do

  • Provide high-quality support by responding to customer inquiries and issues through various channels.
  • Perform root cause analysis and generate corrective action plans for technical problems.
  • Monitor production transaction volume, functionality, capacity, and performance proactively.
  • Document process, product, and industry learnings to identify pain points and trends.
  • Assist in optimizing issuer resolution and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Technical Operational teams on support issues.

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of experience in Technical Support, Production Support, or IT Support for B2B customers.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to converse with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working with ticketing systems such as Salesforce, Jira, Confluence.
  • Good understanding of API technologies including cURL and HTTP response codes.
  • Comfortable working within a Linux environment and具备中级SQL知识。
  • Scriptwriting experience in Python, Ruby, Shell or similar languages.
