Broadridge is seeking a Production Support Analyst to join its dynamic Production Operations team in Edgewood on-site. This role involves implementing, maintaining, and supporting the Production Operations team by monitoring day-to-day requests and ensuring timely resolution to meet client service level agreements (SLAs). The analyst will report on application performance, manage system functionality for new technologies, and assist with hardware/software upgrades while conducting quarterly entitlement reviews and updating production machines as needed. Key skills include proficiency in MS Office, Windows OS, remote desktop connections, and web applications like HTML and JScript, along with LAN/WAN troubleshooting and strong communication abilities to interact effectively with senior leadership. The ideal candidate will work within a culturally diverse environment and contribute to the critical operations of Broadridge’s financial services technology platforms, which process over 7 billion communications annually.
Monitor and address day-to-day requests to ensure Production Operations meet client SLAs.
Implement and maintain new software/hardware technology for system functionality and usability.
Conduct quarterly entitlement reviews and update production machines/resources as needed.
Run daily/weekly quality assurance reports and report findings to management.
Assist with hardware/software upgrades across all supported systems.
Troubleshoot network address configurations on mobile and hardline devices.
What we're looking for
In-house system support experience with IQ, RPM, WindowBooks.
Ability to create new user accounts, manage groups, and configure operator roles.
Conduct quarterly entitlement reviews and update production machines as needed.
Proficient in Windows OS (7 Enterprise, 10/11) and remote desktop connections.
Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware/software issues and network configurations.
Excellent written and oral communication skills to report to senior leadership.
