Production Supervisor, Micro-electronics - 2nd Shift

What you'll do

• Lead and mentor a team of Micro-electronics Technicians to enhance overall capability.
• Oversee complex wire bonding operations, providing expert technical guidance on precise techniques.
• Ensure strict adherence to build sheets and engineering drawings while identifying process optimization opportunities.
• Manage and calibrate wire bonding machinery for superior bond quality and efficiency.
• Establish robust inspection protocols and drive root cause analysis for quality deviations.
• Serve as the primary technical escalation point, resolving complex production issues collaboratively.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of hands-on technical experience in microelectronic assembly or wire bonding.
• At least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role within manufacturing.
• Advanced proficiency in various wire bonding techniques and microelectronic assembly.
• Ability to read, interpret, and enforce detailed technical documentation.
• Demonstrated leadership in training, mentoring, and developing a technical team.
• Commitment to maintaining cleanroom protocols, safety guidelines, and ESD compliance.
• Experience managing personnel, equipment, and materials for production efficiency.
