Production Manager, 2nd Shift

What you'll do

• Manage Production Supervisors, Leads, and Technicians during 2nd shift operations.
• Develop subordinate leaders to enhance team performance and career growth.
• Ensure safety compliance by conducting periodic Safety evaluations and enforcing policies.
• Oversee scheduling and execution of inert and energetic production work efficiently.
• Lead Root Cause and Corrective Action Analyses for continuous improvement.

What we're looking for

• 6+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, preferably in high-risk environments.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly adapt to new software.
• Experience evaluating data and presenting polished reports for senior leaders.
• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand-tools and industrial adhesives.
• Fit for physical demands including lifting 40 pounds and climbing stairs regularly.
• Promote a culture of safety, ownership, and accountability in fast-paced settings.
