Senior Supervisor Manufacturing Operations, Core Tech

What you'll do

• Manage technician staff to produce and deliver Anduril products through acceptance testing.
• Set priorities and direct daily operations, issuing work orders and clearing production blockers.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels in each work area on a daily basis.
• Execute standardized manufacturing instructions and control plans for consistent quality.
• Support issue resolution by conducting root cause investigations and tracking corrective actions.

What we're looking for

• 6+ years of experience managing or supervising in a high-volume production environment.
• Strong understanding of production rate, critical path analysis, and key manufacturing fundamentals.
• Proven ability to work hands-on with hardware and troubleshoot processes and equipment.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Manage up to 30 production associates, providing coaching, mentoring, and support.
