What you'll do

  • Own assembly, integration, and test processes for electro-mechanical assemblies.
  • Drive continuous improvement through impactful Kaizen events in manufacturing.
  • Partner with Product Quality Engineering to resolve critical issues efficiently.
  • Provide DFx support during early to late phases of product development.
  • Ensure smooth transitions from new product introduction (NPI) to production.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years experience in manufacturing or design of electromechanical hardware
  • Proven ability to deliver electromechanical hardware under resource constraints
  • Strong continuous improvement mindset and Kaizen event leadership
