What you'll do

Own assembly, integration, and test processes for electro-mechanical assemblies.
Drive continuous improvement through impactful Kaizen events in manufacturing.
Partner with Product Quality Engineering to resolve critical issues efficiently.
Provide DFx support during early to late phases of product development.
Ensure smooth transitions from new product introduction (NPI) to production.

What we're looking for

5+ years experience in manufacturing or design of electromechanical hardware
Proven ability to deliver electromechanical hardware under resource constraints
Strong continuous improvement mindset and Kaizen event leadership
Collaboration with Design Engineering for DFx during NPI transitions
