What you'll do

Monitor and track parts movement through receiving, stock rooms, and production stages to ensure timely delivery.
Maintain accurate MRP/ERP data by collaborating with planning, procurement, engineering, and production teams.
Resolve data discrepancies that impact demand, schedules, or system integrity.
Develop and analyze metrics to optimize inventory management processes.
Manage material certifications to ensure only certified materials are used in production.
Coordinate off-site processing of parts to meet established delivery schedules.
Provide weekly status updates and completion estimates to leadership.
Create and maintain reports for internal use and customer requirements.

What we're looking for

High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
1+ years of experience supporting administrative processes.
1+ years of inventory experience and experience organizing files and documents.
Strong computer skills with familiarity in the full suite of MS Office products.
Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems.
Experience in aerospace, automotive, semiconductor, or electronic manufacturing environments (preferred).
Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
