What you'll do

Define and execute quality processes for high-complexity compute solutions.
Implement verification, validation, and qualification activities for product engineering.
Drive the transition from new product introduction to sustainable manufacturing processes.
Identify and mitigate product quality risks throughout the lifecycle.
Ensure compliance with quality performance targets through process control plans.
Partner with production teams to manage incoming material inspection and end-of-line testing.

What we're looking for

Working knowledge of precision mechanical parts & sub-assemblies, PCBA, avionics, and systems integration.
Experience applying industry standards to meet government customer quality expectations.
Proficiency in data mining, metrics generation, issue management, and statistical analysis tools (e.g., MatLab, JMP).
Secret security clearance required.
5-7 years of experience developing quality systems for high-volume, complex manufacturing environments.
Familiarity with Teamcenter, SolidWorks, Jira, Tableau, and Altium or similar software.
