Product Operations Specialist, Air Defense C2 joins the Command & Control team to manage the infrastructure backbone that fuses sensor and effector data into a unified air defense picture. This role serves as the operational connective tissue between field teams, product, and engineering. You will maintain systems of record, manage feedback loops for field failures and readiness signals, and translate complex operational data into actionable insights for program stakeholders. Key responsibilities include coordinating incident triage, performing Linux CLI diagnostics, and maintaining tools like Salesforce, JIRA, Airtable, Slack, and Oracle or Odoo ERP platforms. The role addresses the critical challenge of managing a deployed fleet of hardware to counter uncrewed aerial system threats. You will ensure program scalability by aligning production forecasts with fulfillment plans while providing technical support for C2 compute systems in demanding environments.
Translate field failures and deployment friction into structured feedback for engineering and product teams.
Maintain a real-time source of truth for the status, location, and configuration of C2 hardware.
Develop and maintain metrics regarding fleet readiness, reliability, and sustainment to inform leadership decisions.
Manage and improve internal workflows across platforms like Salesforce, JIRA, Airtable, and ERP systems.
Convert program requirements and production forecasts into actionable fulfillment and sustainment plans.
Serve as the primary point of contact for triaging and resolving issues affecting deployed hardware.
Perform hands-on troubleshooting including log reviews and Linux CLI diagnostics to resolve technical issues.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
2+ years of experience in product operations, technical operations, program/product support, or a similar role in hardware, logistics, or a fast-paced startup.
Ability to turn operational or field data into insights and recommendations for cross-functional decisions.
Ability to communicate and coordinate between technical and non-technical teams across product, engineering, business, and sustainment functions.
Proficiency in managing multiple systems including Oracle ERP, Odoo, Salesforce, JIRA, and Slack.
Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to travel up to 25%.
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance.
Experience supporting feedback loops or field-insight functions between operations and engineering (preferred).
Experience building dashboards, metrics, or reporting using SQL, Tableau/Looker, or advanced spreadsheet analysis (preferred).
Experience with Linux Command Line Interface (CLI) (preferred).
Experience scaling hardware within a growing program (preferred).
Experience with defense logistics, ITAR-controlled hardware, or forward-deployed field operations (preferred).
Familiarity with air defense systems, IAMD concepts, or C2 architectures (preferred).
