Product Operations Manager, Maritime joins the Maritime team to build the Product Operations function within a larger deployment and sustainment group. This role focuses on ensuring the reliability and readiness of autonomous undersea systems, including surface vehicles and seabed sensors. The manager will lead a high-performing team to triage, diagnose, and resolve technical incidents across a global fleet while building field failure discovery and mitigation processes. Key responsibilities include analyzing system telemetry to predict failures, translating field data into engineering improvements, and managing the incident lifecycle for end users. The role requires expertise in resolving complex electromechanical issues and navigating unstructured challenges. Preferred skills include experience with Linux command-line interfaces, observability and ticketing tools like Grafana or Jira, and data analytics using SQL or Palantir Foundry to drive technical decisions within the subsea robotics domain.
Lead and mentor a team to triage, diagnose, and resolve technical incidents across the global maritime fleet.

What we're looking for
6+ years of professional experience managing and supporting complex technical systems in maritime, aerospace, robotics, automotive, defense, or electromechanical fields.
Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent hands-on military, maritime, or industrial technical experience.
Proven ability to lead teams through complex, unstructured technical challenges and navigate ambiguous situations.
Experience managing, coaching, or leading technical teams with a focus on professional development and operational excellence.
Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret Security clearance.
Ability to travel as needed to support customer operations and test events.
Experience supporting or deploying undersea munitions, vehicles, or unmanned undersea systems (preferred).
Familiarity with naval systems, Linux CLI, modern observability/ticketing tools, data analytics, or prior military/government experience (preferred).
