What you'll do

  • Develop a product strategy and vision that delivers measurable value to customers.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle from discovery and prioritization through delivery and iteration.
  • Maintain and develop a product backlog aligned with the strategic roadmap and value proposition.
  • Establish enterprise navigation, wayfinding governance, and standards across multiple platforms and teams.
  • Design structural navigation and contextual wayfinding frameworks to simplify complex information architecture.
  • Track key success metrics including cost, risk posture, reliability, and findability outcomes.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to design customer orientation strategies for major product launches.
  • Research and integrate emerging AI-enabled, conversational, and predictive navigation concepts into the roadmap.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
  • Proven ability to lead product lifecycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
  • Demonstrated experience leading information architecture strategy for complex authenticated digital experiences.
  • Experience defining or governing digital wayfinding approaches for navigating change and completing complex journeys.
  • Technical fluency to partner with engineering on web and native mobile architecture, platform constraints, and scalability.
  • Executive-level communication skills and the ability to influence large, cross-functional organizations without direct authority.
  • Previous experience as a direct people manager or team manager.
  • Experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization (preferred).
  • Experience owning navigation, wayfinding, information architecture, or discoverability strategy for multi-journey digital products (preferred).
  • Background building or stewarding navigation frameworks, design systems, or reusable pattern libraries (preferred).
  • Proficiency in findability and wayfinding measurement, including navigation telemetry and search-as-navigation signals (preferred).
  • Experience developing customer guidance and orientation frameworks like onboarding or progressive disclosure (preferred).
  • Familiarity with assistive, conversational, predictive, and AI-driven experiences (preferred).
