Principal Enterprise Applications Engineering Lead

What you'll do

• Lead architecture reviews, solution designs, and proof-of-concepts for Salesforce and Intapp DealCloud platforms.
• Perform hands-on technical work including coding, complex problem solving, and removing engineering blockers.
• Define and enforce engineering standards for CI/CD, automated testing, DevSecOps, and production support SLAs.
• Champion AI-assisted development by building reusable frameworks and leading emerging technology proof-of-concepts.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions during the discovery phase.
• Coach engineers on technical growth and manage team capacity across concurrent development initiatives.
• Drive technical decisions and explain trade-offs to both senior engineers and business leaders.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a senior technical leader in a complex enterprise applications environment.
• Deep Salesforce development experience including platform architecture, integrations, and customizations.
• Familiarity with Intapp DealCloud or a comparable CRM platform (preferred).
• Strong DevOps foundations in CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, release management, and observability.
• Working knowledge of DevSecOps practices.
• Experience integrating AI tooling into engineering workflows.
• Ability to communicate technical trade-offs to both senior engineers and business leaders.
• Ability to perform hands-on technical work including architecture, solution design, and code reviews.
