Principal EA Engineering Lead

What you'll do

• Lead the engineering organization for Salesforce, DealCloud, DevOps, and Quality Engineering.
• Perform hands-on technical work including architecture reviews, code reviews, and complex problem solving.
• Define and execute the engineering strategy, standards, and architectural patterns for the enterprise portfolio.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions in partnership with Product Specialists.
• Champion AI-assisted software development, automation, and modern SDLC practices like CI/CD and DevSecOps.
• Manage the production support model, including incident management, root cause analysis, and service level objectives.
• Mentor and develop engineers while managing team capacity and resource allocation across concurrent projects.
• Drive the modernization of enterprise platforms by evaluating emerging technologies and developing reusable frameworks.
