What you'll do

  • Develop and manage multi-year strategic digital capability roadmaps for scientific content and publications.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on digital trends and innovation opportunities.
  • Oversee the delivery of technical artifacts to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA is strongly preferred.
  • 7-10 years of experience in Pharmaceuticals IT for Medical Affairs or Commercial functions.
  • Strong domain expertise in Medical Affairs business capabilities, including Publications and Scientific Content Management.
  • Experience leading the analysis of complex business needs into strategic plans and investment business cases with global reach.
  • Demonstrated commitment to applying innovative AI and new technologies within Medical Affairs use cases.
  • Experience with large-scale application deployments and managing software or consulting partners.
  • Experience maximizing value from enterprise platforms, specifically Veeva Vault MedComms and iEnvision.
  • Working knowledge of agile methodologies applied to SDLC and IT services.
