Assistant Vice President, Product Manager, Enterprise Data Management Platform Services

What you'll do

• Own one or more EDM platform service capabilities from requirements through delivery.
• Lead requirements definition including epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Define configurable matching rules, data mappings, and reference data standards.
• Lead client calls and workshops to gather insights and validate product requirements.
• Prioritize competing needs and manage trade-offs, dependencies, and risks across teams.
• Facilitate design reviews and guide the user acceptance testing approach for assigned capabilities.
• Track delivery progress and report status, risks, and outcomes to product leadership.
• Guide business analysts and junior product team members on requirements quality and domain knowledge.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of combined experience in product management or business analysis for software products, ideally in financial services or enterprise SaaS.
• Experience in enterprise data management, including security master, entity resolution, identifier cross-referencing, or reference data.
• Strong domain knowledge of financial markets and the investment lifecycle, including securities, issuers, pricing, portfolios, and transactions.
• Proven ability to write high-quality requirements and lead requirements gathering with business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile delivery and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• Working understanding of cloud-native, API-driven, and multi-tenant architectures; SQL and data analysis skills are a plus (preferred).
• Familiarity with market data providers, investment management platforms, or progress toward CFA/CAIA is a plus (preferred).
