What you'll do

  • Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a portfolio of business-facing products.
  • Lead cross-functional teams through full product development cycles from discovery and requirements to design, engineering, and launch.
  • Leverage AI tools and capabilities to build prototypes and integrate AI-powered features that enhance employee productivity.
  • Coordinate with production payroll, accounting partners, vendors, and contractors to deliver solutions meeting business requirements.
  • Analyze product data and employee insights to measure impact and drive continuous improvement across the portfolio.
  • Identify opportunities for product consolidation and synergy to simplify the internal product ecosystem.
  • Translate complex business requirements into functional engineering requirements and actionable project steps.

What we're looking for

  • 4+ years of experience in a product management role leading development cycles from concept to launch at scale.
  • 4+ years of experience working cross-functionally with software engineering and UX design teams.
  • Familiarity with production accounting, payroll, and reporting practices for original content development in a studio environment.
  • BS or MS degree in finance, computer science, information management, or a technical field, or equivalent experience.
  • Expert in identifying complex requirements and aligning them to business objectives (preferred).
  • Experience designing, shipping, or integrating AI-powered tools that augment employee productivity (preferred).
  • Proficiency with visual design and diagramming tools for wire-framing and product ideation (preferred).
  • Experience with specific accounting and payroll software like SmartAccounting, SmartPO, Movie Magic Budgeting, or PSL (preferred).
