The role requires proficiency in project tracking tools like Jira or Wrike to manage the lifecycle of internal productivity tools and services that support the workforce. You must possess strong organizational skills to resolve blockers and align complex dependencies within a matrixed environment.

What you'll do

  • Prepare and deliver accurate weekly status reports for individual projects and consolidated portfolio-level reporting to leadership.
  • Maintain detailed project plans, track milestones, and manage schedules across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Translate product roadmap priorities into actionable execution plans while feeding delivery realities back into product planning.
  • Identify, document, and track risks and issues using a formal risk register with mitigation plans.
  • Coordinate across engineering, design, and operations teams to resolve blockers and ensure smooth handoffs.
  • Partner with Engineering Program Managers to ensure technical workstreams are accurately reflected in overall program status.
  • Facilitate cross-functional communication through structured meetings, documentation of decisions, and action item tracking.

What we're looking for

  • BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in product or project management within technology or product-driven environments.
  • 5+ years of experience using project tracking tools such as Jira or Wrike.
  • 5+ years of experience owning executive-facing status reports and portfolio-level dashboards.
  • Solid risk management skills, including identification, documentation, and active mitigation tracking across a portfolio (preferred).
  • Track record of partnering with product management to translate roadmaps into execution plans (preferred).
  • Experience collaborating with Engineering Program Managers or technical program management functions (preferred).
  • PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification (preferred).
