What you'll do

  • Develop and execute a product strategy and vision that delivers measurable value to customers.
  • Conduct market research and discovery efforts to identify customer needs and integrate them into the roadmap.
  • Own and maintain the product backlog to align development tasks with the strategic roadmap.
  • Define and track key success metrics including cost, functionality, risk posture, and reliability.
  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from initial ideation through requirements definition and launch.
  • Act as the voice of the customer to ensure products meet high-quality standards and client expectations.
  • Ensure product scalability, resiliency, and stability throughout the development process.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
  • Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization (preferred).
  • Experience supporting more than one CCB Operations Function/Line of Business (preferred).
