What you'll do

  • Define product requirements, success criteria, and priorities for Windows 365 Cloud PC experiences.
  • Own end-to-end user journeys to make cloud interactions feel like local PC experiences.
  • Translate customer needs and research insights into prioritized engineering investments.
  • Analyze telemetry, feedback, and technical data to identify experience gaps and measure improvements.
  • Work directly with customers and partners to validate solutions and inform the product roadmap.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle from initial design through implementation and release readiness.
  • Communicate product strategy, trade-offs, and outcomes clearly to technical teams and senior stakeholders.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of experience in product, service, or program management or software development (or equivalent).
  • Ability to pass Microsoft Cloud background check requirements.
  • Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years of experience in product, service, project, program management, or software development (preferred).
  • Experience working with engineering, design, research, or other technical teams to deliver product experiences (preferred).
  • Experience improving end-user experiences for performance-sensitive or technically complex products like cloud services or operating systems (preferred).
  • Ability to understand technical systems and architecture to translate findings into product requirements and priorities (preferred).
  • Experience using product metrics, telemetry, experimentation, or performance measurements to inform decisions (preferred).
  • Experience collaborating across organizational boundaries or with external partners to deliver outcomes (preferred).
