What you'll do

Engineer innovative semiconductor equipment and process design solutions to resolve customer issues and improve product quality.
Support the full product lifecycle from prototyping and development through deployment and initial field support.
Design and conduct experiments, tests, and prototypes to solve complex technical problems.
Create clear reports to present technical analysis and provide data-driven recommendations.
Provide technical support for installing, diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and debugging complex product issues.
Engage directly with customers at their sites to resolve issues and support new product releases.
Work within cleanroom labs and customer semiconductor fabrication environments.

What we're looking for

A Master's degree in a relevant engineering or science field with 3+ years of experience is required.
A PhD degree is accepted as an alternative to the Master's and experience requirement.
Equivalent professional experience may be substituted for the specified degrees.
Candidates must possess exceptional analytical and experimental design skills.
Clear communication and presentation skills are required to report analysis and support technical recommendations.
Experience in product design, technical engineering, or troubleshooting complex hardware is preferred.
Experience designing, building, and maintaining semiconductor, automotive, or aerospace equipment is preferred.
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time for customer engagement and site visits is required.
