Product Director, Infrastructure Platforms, Risk Tooling

What you'll do

• Oversee the product roadmap, vision, development, execution, and business growth targets.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle from planning and prototyping to delivery and performance monitoring.
• Lead the strategy and execution of risk tooling products for audit readiness and risk reporting.
• Transform manual risk and control processes into scalable, automated, and continuously monitored solutions.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize investments and deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Establish governance and prioritization mechanisms to manage a portfolio of complex risk initiatives.
• Champion enterprise reporting and analytics capabilities to provide consistent insights for executive decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI and emerging technologies into risk management processes.

What we're looking for

• 8+ years of experience or equivalent expertise delivering products, projects, or technology applications.
• Extensive knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics.
• Proven ability to influence adoption of key product lifecycle activities including discovery, ideation, and requirements definition.
• Experience driving change within organizations and managing stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Experience leading large-scale product portfolios focused on risk, controls, compliance, audit, governance, or operational resiliency.
• Experience defining and executing product roadmaps for data, automation, workflow, or platform-based solutions.
• Strong understanding of risk management, controls assurance, audit processes, and regulatory requirements within complex organizations.
• Experience using metrics, analytics, and dashboards to drive product strategy and business outcomes.
• Experience with controls automation, continuous monitoring, or control assurance platforms (preferred).
• Experience building products for audit evidence collection, RFI, or regulatory response workflows (preferred).
• Familiarity with data platform, data mesh, or enterprise reporting architectures (preferred).
• Experience applying AI or machine learning capabilities to risk, controls, compliance, or operational processes (preferred).
