What you'll do

Lead cross-functional Integrated Program Teams to achieve cost, schedule, and technical performance objectives.
Manage program requirements by identifying, distributing, tracking, and ensuring completion.
Develop and maintain master plans, schedules, and baselines for missile development programs.
Perform risk and opportunity management including identification, assessment, and mitigation.
Negotiate contracts, changes, specifications, operating budgets, and key terms with stakeholders.
Manage program resources, including workforce planning and supplier performance.
Oversee government-supplied property and information to ensure compliance with defense regulations.
Develop new business opportunities through strategic planning and proposal development.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of experience managing development programs or a master’s degree and 8 years of experience.
Experience leading high-performing, cross-functional development teams within the aerospace/defense sector.
Experience leading tasks on schedule and under cost as a project lead, integrated program team lead, or cost account manager.
Proficiency in Earned Value Management System (EVMS), Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), and Risk and Opportunity Management.
Active and current US Government DoD Secret security clearance with the ability to be cleared for SAP.
U.S. Citizenship is required.
Degree in science, engineering, or business (preferred).
PMP certification, proposal management experience, and familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies (preferred).
