What you'll do

Own the end-to-end delivery of design outcomes from problem framing through prototyping and post-launch iteration.
Create intuitive user flows, wireframes, prototypes, visual designs, and detailed implementation documentation.
Lead discovery and experimentation by conducting usability testing, A/B tests, and competitive analysis.
Use qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions and validate product hypotheses.
Contribute to and evolve the design system by identifying gaps and designing scalable components.
Define clear product direction and success metrics that align with team and business priorities.
Facilitate workshops, design critiques, and stakeholder conversations to drive clarity and alignment.
Apply AI-assisted workflows for discovery, ideation, and prototyping while ensuring accuracy and accessibility.

What we're looking for

3+ years of experience in product design or a closely related role.
Proven track record of shipping thoughtful, customer-centered products.
Strong craft skills in interaction design, visual design, systems thinking, prototyping, and accessibility.
Fluency with modern design practices, design thinking, and evidence-based decision making.
Strong analytical skills to use research, analytics, and feedback to validate design decisions.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence without formal authority.
Bachelor's degree (preferred).
Experience in sports betting, iGaming, or regulated consumer technology (preferred).
