As a Product Delivery Manager - Cloud Foundational Services, you will join the Infrastructure Platforms team to enhance and optimize how products are delivered to customers. What you'll do

Lead end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, and operationalization.
Define the product component roadmap and manage the project backlog.
Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders to refine requirements and clarify priorities.
Provide accurate feedback on delivery timelines and project status to stakeholders.
Participate in quarterly planning cycles with engineering teams.
Refine feature requests in partnership with engineering and other business partners.
Manage project timelines and dependencies while monitoring and resolving blockers.
Ensure adequate resourcing for projects to maintain efficient delivery schedules.

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area.
Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes.
Experience in product or platform-wide release management, deployment processes, and strategies.
Effective communication and team building skills.
Understanding of Public Cloud Providers and Capabilities (GCP, AWS & Azure).
Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics (preferred).
Cloud certifications (preferred).
