What you'll do

Define and evolve the strategy for building, operating, and securing AI agents and agentic applications.
Shape the technical strategy for agentic identity, including authentication, delegated authority, and auditable boundaries.
Define approaches for securely exposing protected resources like APIs, tools, and data services to authorized agents.
Translate emerging technical developments into secure, practical product capabilities and architectural principles.
Design and implement core identity capabilities for secure agent-to-resource and agent-to-agent interactions.
Build prototypes, reference implementations, and technical demonstrations using Node.js, React, Python, or Go.
Work directly with strategic customers to understand their AI architectures and validate product direction.
Represent the company in the developer community through technical content, speaking engagements, and open-source participation.

What we're looking for

Significant experience in product architecture, technical product management, software architecture, platform engineering, or developer platforms.
Experience building and shipping AI-powered applications, agentic systems, or developer tools.
Deep expertise in modern identity and authorization standards, including OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and workload identity.
Practical familiarity with the emerging agent ecosystem, including MCP, agent-to-agent interactions, and tool invocation.
Strong software development skills in one or more of Node.js/TypeScript, React, Python, or Go.
Demonstrated ability to develop strategy in ambiguous markets and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
Excellent communication skills to explain technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience contributing to identity, security, or AI standards organizations and open-source projects (preferred).
