As a Process Support Engineer III, you will play a critical role guiding products through their entire lifecycle from initial concept to final qualification. You will provide high-visibility customer support by performing on-site installations, system diagnoses, and the service and repair of complex equipment. Working closely with customers and R&D teams, you will develop leading-edge processes for manufacturing advanced semiconductor chips. Your daily responsibilities include creating hypothesis experiments and designs of experiments, analyzing data using statistics, and compiling reports on technically challenging process engineering experiments. You will troubleshoot complex problems through root cause analysis to resolve difficult product issues. This role involves working with technologies including Chemical Vapor Deposition, Atomic Layer Deposition, Plasma Reactive Ion Etch, Physical Vapor Deposition, Anneal, and Implant to solve manufacturing challenges in the semiconductor industry.
