Process Automation Engineer

What you'll do

• Design, build, and test end-to-end automation and low-code solutions using Blue Prism and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Develop robotic process automation (RPA) for surface and backend processes using Python, C#, or Java.
• Build and maintain data and analytics workflows using Alteryx to manipulate data from SQL, APIs, and files.
• Create Power Apps and Power Automate workflows utilizing Microsoft Dataverse for enterprise data storage.
• Design and consume RESTful APIs to integrate internal and external systems.
• Implement AI-assisted automation capabilities using Copilot Studio and AI agents to improve operational efficiency.
• Maintain technical documentation, solution designs, and deployment checklists for all automation assets.
• Support existing automation solutions to ensure compliance with risk, audit, and operational stability requirements.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s or master's degree in computer science, Informatics, or a similar analytical field.
• 4+ years of experience in financial services or technology.
• 3 years of hands-on Robotic Process Automation (RPA) development experience on BluePrism and RPA programming scripting proficiency.
• Hands-on expertise in BluePrism Surface Automation and Backend Automation (Code based / API).
• 2+ years of experience on data extraction and manipulation tools like Alteryx, Informatica, or Talend Pentaho (Alteryx preferred).
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft Dataverse.
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and a strong understanding of relational database concepts.
• Blue Prism Developer/Professional Developer/ROM Architect, Alteryx Designer Core, and Microsoft Power Platform certifications (preferred).
